Welcome to Sour Cranks Elderberry Farm
Sour Cranks Elderberry Farm is a specialty market farm in the heart of southern Indiana. Founded by empty nesters with a shared passion for wholesome living, our mission is simple: to bring the highest-quality, nutrient-rich elderberry products directly to your family and community.
What started as a new chapter in our lives has quickly blossomed into a dedicated family business. We are deeply committed to sustainable farming, local collaboration, and helping our customers support their wellness journey naturally.
Our Roots: Growing in Southern Indiana
Our small, family-tended farm spans 3.5 acres of beautiful Indiana countryside. In early 2026, we lovingly planted approximately 820 elderberry plants, laying the groundwork for generations of harvests to come.
While we wait for nature to take its course and yield our very first official harvest in late summer 2027, we aren't slowing down. We are already hard at work behind the scenes, ensuring that every product we eventually bottle or package meets the highest possible standards.
Crafted with Care, Sourced Responsibly
You don’t have to wait until 2027 to experience the benefits of Indiana-grown elderberries. To perfect our proprietary recipes, design our custom packaging, and build a seamless e-commerce experience, we have partnered with fellow local farmers.
Currently, we hand-craft our initial batches using responsibly sourced bulk elderberries from trusted Indiana growers. This allows us to:
- Support local agriculture and strengthen our regional farming community.
- Perfect our formulas so that every syrup, blend, or product is flawless.
- Test and refine our systems to ensure a smooth, reliable shopping experience from our farm to your doorstep.
Our Commitment to You
Whether you are a neighbor down the road or a customer connecting with us from across the country, we are proud to offer nationwide shipping so everyone can experience the powerful health benefits of the elderberry.
Thank you for choosing Sour Cranks Elderberry Farm. Your support means everything to us as we cultivate our fields, refine our craft, and grow this dream from the ground up.
